The Tech30 Report, India’s first bench-marking document for early stage technology ventures, was brought out in 2011 with the intention of turning the spotlight on the 30 product technology startups that India needs to watch out for, with the stamp of approval from leading investors such as Sequoia Capital and technology giants like Intel Software, IBM, Google, Amazon Web Services and National Instruments.
Based on a series of data points including business models, revenue models, etc. captured from over 1000 technology startups across 16 cities in India, the Tech30 Report provided a comprehensive picture of technology innovation in India, with specific insights into the factors that led to the projected impact footprint of the 30 startups showcased. This year’s edition of the Tech30 Report will be unveiled during the Grand Finale of TechSparks 2012 in Bangalore. The top 30 technology ventures will be unveiled in a star-studded ceremony featuring leading entrepreneurs, VCs, angel investors, CXO-level technology corporates, developers and mainstream media.
