“Outsourcing and its logic”
Outsourcing is the new way of doing business; it runs on the simple premise that when you can have the best people for the job, then use them. The logic behind outsourcing is irrefutable, and “Epsilogic” is a company that exists because of it. Rauf Saiyed heads this new age company that develops software and websites for clients that want the best. His entrepreneurial story is one of technology and business intelligence, and he told it to us saying “Epsilogic started with an idea to serve in the BIG outsourcing market, with a difference in services and quality. Also, the company will continually invest in Research & Development of new and interesting web portals for Indian and international markets.” 

“From the very beginning, Epsilogic had a few ideas in hand to start working with. Approaching various markets/clients and taking risks in exploring new areas will help us grow faster and learn faster. At present, we provide software and web development services and also working on developing web portals for international business. In future, we are planning to increase our pool of services for domestic market as well.”

He has thought of the future but is waiting to see what steps he can take, he explains saying “Depending on the work and client base, the business can be extended in a specific branch, while continuing other open services/branches until they succeed as an individual entity.” 

Raufs’ entrepreneurial awakening came as a result of working in a 9 to 5 situation. He says “I did work for 2 years in USA as a junior engineer and I realized that I don't have the patience to work on someone else's orders and ideas. I wanted to be my own boss and get an individual identity.”
